  • Elemental Exploration - awareness & balancing of your Earth, Air, Fire, Water & Space energies
  • Making friends with quietening your mind
  • Tratak meditation - focusing on light and dark with Yantras
  • Pranayama - acknowledging your inhales & exhales with conscious breathwork
  • Journeying - a playful exploration with your imagination and your internal worlds
