Adrianna is a Holistic Therapist and Teacher with a wide range of playful and professional experiences, she has worked on Harley Street, in Soho House and at Neal's Yard. Adrianna offers these retreats as a way to give space & time to the places within the body and mind that long for connection with the self, that desire nourishment from life source and that need safe rest & renewal.

This 2020 Autumnal retreat will run 14th-20th October from a peaceful place in a luxurious Cotswald home where the mind can process the year's fullness and the body can rejuvinate from the year's accumulation. Expectations are dropped & surrendering to slowness & authentic expression is encouraged.

There are 3 options: to join us for the first 3 days, to join us on the second 3 days or stay for the entirety of 6 nights. The cost for 3 days each is £450.

Included in the invitation is accomdation, full organic food and the nourishing daily activities listed below.

Body's Detox: 3 nights Tues 14th-17th

  • Focusing on radical rest, this retreat aims to encourage natural uninhibited flow of breath, sound and movement.

  • On this retreat one has the option of detoxifying the body through juice cleanses, fasting, raw food diets, liver or gall flushes, knowing it will be permissible for you to move as slowly as you want, as you cleanse, shake off toxins and be emotionally held if tumultuous sensations arise.

  • Pre-retreat consultations will be required for one's personal detox programme

  • Guided invitations to be part of include: Pranayama (breath), shamanic journeying, meditation, conscious movement with Wellness Yoga.

    Souls's Detox: 3 nights Tues 17th-20th

  • Focusing on an expansion from trauma, hurt, pain or embodied stress in to Joy, Peace and Calm - this retreat aims to encourage the heart's expansion, open the abdomen and chest away from pain and in to sovereign expression

  • Guided invitations to be part of include: abdominal self massage, vocal release, Pranayama (breath), pelvic release, shamanic journeying, meditation, elemental dance expression, the witnessing of circle as you navigate deep longings.

  • This a Soul's Detox following the 3 days of Body Detox above.

    What days 1-3 might look like:

  • Arrivals on Day 1 followed by:
  • 4pm Introductions with breath release (Pranayama) & a grounding meditation to settle the nervous system and let go of What Was to enable What Is.
  • 5:30pm Tea Break
  • 6pm Therapeutic time to introduce the elements, what they might mean to you and your personality, using essential oils to find balance for your mind as we move to play with Earth, Water, Fire & Air

  • 7pm Dinner
  • 8.30pm Meditative Pre-Sleep
  • Day 2 7:30am Sleepy Dream Circle and Awakening the body with stretches of Qi Gung
  • 9-10:30am free time to drink, eat, read, walk or talk>

  • 10:30am Pranayama & Wellness Yoga
  • Midday Sound Bath
  • 1pm-4pm free time to eat, read, walk, talk or recieve a manicure/pedicure (£25 extra)
  • 4pm guided Shamanic Drum Journey
  • 5pm Creative art work from the soul for the soul

  • 6pm playing with Earth, Water, Fire & Air

  • 1pm-4pm free time to eat, read, walk, talk or recieve therapy
